Automatic discovery of minor phases

The AutoPhaseMap module in the Oxford Instruments’ EDS software, AZtecEnergy, automatically finds areas of different characteristic composition from X-ray map data and determines the distribution, area, constituent elements and composition of each of these areas or phases.
