High Resolution EBSD Mapping of Martensitic Steel

In this application, we investigate martensitic variant selection as well as characterisation of inter-lath boundaries. High speeds, good pattern resolution and effective characterisation of the martensitic stainless steel sample demonstrate the power of Symmetry for effective analyses of challenging materials samples at relatively low accelerating voltages.
