Analysis of a fly ash sample

Here is a video of a Fly Ash sample being analysed with the BEX detector at 20 kV.

The Unity detector allows us to effortlessly detect and see all elements distributions live while moving the stage and changing the field of view, then capture a stunning high-resolution X-ray map in just seconds. Another key benefit here, is how well Unity and BEX imaging handles sample topography whilst minimising shadowing effects.
