The Oxford Instruments Scientific Paper Award recognises exceptional scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals in 2023 that include results acquired with Oxford Instruments EBSD, EDS, WDS, BEX Detectors or Omniprobe nanomanipulators.
For the 2024 Scientific Paper Award, any co-author can submit a paper published in 2023 before the 31st May 2024.

An Oxford Instruments jury will evaluate the submitted papers based on a combination of criteria, including scientific impact, data quality, novelty, the degree of usage of Oxford Instruments equipment and the presence and quality of data images acquired with Oxford Instruments equipment.
The submitted paper may be promoted by Oxford Instruments and added to our online library.
PLUS a highly commended prize at the judges’ discretion.
In addition, all of the winners will receive a 1-year licence for AZtecFlex.
